Turnaround time
We aim to have the prints ready for pickup within 24 hours of the order being placed. For people who have ordered theirs to be delivered, all orders will be dispatched within 24 hours.
Collection Info
All orders will be free to collect from Norwich City Centre, the specific address will be provided once the order has been placed. You will receive an email with collection times when it is ready to collect.

File Type
For the best print quality, we recommend uploading your artwork as a JPEG, PNG or TIFF at the highest quality available.
Colour Profile
Please use an sRGB colour profile where possible to help ensure your colours reproduce accurately in print.
Border
If you want a specific border size, add it to your file before you upload. If you just select the border option without doing this, we will create a default 15mm border.
