What happens if my file isn’t suitable for printing?
If we spot any issues with your file that could affect the quality of your print, we’ll get in touch before printing. This might include low resolution, incorrect sizing or an unsuitable file format. We’ll always give you the chance to send over a new file so you can get the best possible result.
Can I collect my order?
Yes, all orders will be available for collection in Norwich City Centre.
We'll contact you as soon as your prints are ready.
How long will my order take?
Most orders are ready for collection within 24 hours.
If you need your prints sooner, get in touch and we can try to arrange something.
